The cop said you should have shot him? lol... good thing he's not a lawyer. He sure did . He said if someone call me and threaten to home to my house and kick my ass I shoot the shit out of him . Just what he said . He did not even ask to see the gun or anything . He told me it was my right to do so . My lawyer called a little while ago on the insurance money and come up with they o me 25% of the money so they well be going after his brother next . I'm going to have to buy me another hand gun that I can keep in my pocket . I'm not going to let anyone kick my ass with me and a bad liver .

Flench I can very much relate with your liver/health problems and self defense concerns. I went from a 6'0 235lbs guy who could press 4 plates (405 lbs) for 4 good reps and military press 275, plus run 5 miles every 2nd day, to a pretty sick and weak guy a pack of girl scouts could take out, all in a very short period of time due to major health decline. When I have a Lupus flare up, I literally am defenseless, which, for a guy who has had death threats from all kinds of kooks, some local, after working PSD for private military companies in the mid east and many taking issue with it, ain't such a great feeling. Funny I know, threatening me with violence, for my supposed violent action. Hypocrisy and illogical, but that's what makes them dangerous in my view.
I saw your thread at HTC, if you can afford it, a Seecamp is your very best option for a pocket pistol, as you can carry a reload magazine, and quickly use it if you need more ammunition or have a malfunction that needs clearing. That's the drawback with a snub revolver - in a close range fight, it's 5/6 shots and out, reloading, even with a speed loader, is a longer and more difficult process, especially when under stress conditions, when the blood leaves the extremities, making even gross motor skills more difficult, let alone small motor skills needed for reloading. Sig Sauer also makes a few 380 pocket pistols that are ultra reliable like the Seecamp. If $ is the major issue, go with a short barrel revolver, if you can swing 500$, get a good 380 auto from either Seecamp or Sig, with 2 spare magazines, and carry them all.
I'm glad to hear you're owed some money on that house deal, sure sounded like you deserved it from you OP, hopefully they can track down that relative before he spends your share and get it out of his lazy criminal ass.

Thanks gman . Sorry to hear about your health problems , that sucks . I got a good friend that owns a pawn shop so he said he give me a deal . So I well call him and see what he can get me a Seecamp for . Sucks these punks are in tip top shape wanting to take what little I have when they can work and I can't . If father was still alive they would never try this shit for they know what he would do . I guess they thought they could with me but found out different right quick like .

Not sure to try and and get judgement or just sue the hell out of his brother for making the threat's now . Suck's not having money . Be different if I had money but I can not even pay my phone bill this month and the lawyer is getting 250 a hour . Just don't now what to do .
