You should all follow that "it's a new dawn" thread at HTC. Well those of you who can - (lol Changeup). Sorry pal, I shouldn't joke, I'll likely be next. Anyhow HT called out Frenchy, and Frenchy responded with a bunch of DCS pics. LOL! Well...HT DID ask. I will hate to see this game go down in flames but it is. HT has got to be sitting in his chair lamenting his failure to realize things sooner. That's gotta be tough to know you could have fixed it if you would have simply been in state of upgrade and stopped shopping for personal airplanes which he certainly wont be able to afford when this thing goes to the bottom of the toon Pacific. Instead, you spent time banning people for truly stupid shit and accepting every dumbass ankle humper in view.
Eh, he and Skuzzy do other coading things for larger companies. AH is mostly just their little cash cow on the side which explains perfectly why they have let it run into the ground on auto-pilot all these years. |

I think he is trying to keep the game in the realm of people who can't afford the latest computers with good graphics cards. Personally, I want to see the best graphics available with as much realism as possible, but this might alienate a good portion of his current clientele. Will it last....I don't know how he keeps it going now with so few players......so my guess is no. The new graphics are way behind what is out there in other games. I think the WWII flying combat sim will disappear....not many can relate to it anymore anyway. To be honest he would probably attract more people by morphing this into a good graphic gv game....

They just need more coaders and developers. Either they aren't paying enough, or HiTech's too afraid to hire coaders develpers as an ego problem.
I actually Think the graphics will look pretty good. The WT graphics just look too gamey for me. I just hope they add more towns and villages throughout the maps, fix the mountains, and hopefully we cab sink in the water.
