Canceling fellas, ma'am. No need to pay them anymore. I love the game but have no desire to play it as RL has gotten really real over the last year. Plus, no one is playing. I'm with Agent360...I want the old days back and nothing can fix that.

Hah, I'd be interested to know if Changeup cancelled before getting that PNG over there. I cancelled myself a couple weeks ago as I just am not playing, in the last 2 years I think I averaged about 1 hour per month, and that was even with giving myself challenges in the k/d+k/t area with a couple planes I was new to flying.
My point is, I wonder if once you stop paying, if you're more likely to get a PNG if they don't like you or your past posts, a category which Changeup and myself both certainly fall into. I haven't criticised anything recently, I bet if I do I'll finally get that PNG too. I just figured after 17 years of subbing, with maybe 1 or 2 years total off, and 7 straight right now, it was time to finally stop contributing until I see some improvements too.

I can't fucking believe that he would treat a long time customer like that. Especially one who is just trying to help, and has tried to help in different ways over the years. But, I guess he doesn't need us... just sad. 
When I saw that I had a hard time believing that someone could care more about their ego and being right, then keeping customers in the game. A PNG just because he didn't agree with you...geezus. Too bad...I loved this game.
Now I will have nothing to do with my life...lol

Yes I had announced on their BBS I was canceling and then I basically told Dale in open forum that holding up AH3 to include VR coding is dumbasfuck. I continued by telling everyone that keeping existing customers is 5X less expensive than attracting new ones. Thanks for proving my point Dale. You're a programmer, not a businessman. |

I have managed 3 different places in my life and if I ever spoke to customers in that kind of tone, I would expect to be fired on the spot. Sure, I disliked a lot of people that came into the store. I've even had to tell a few that we could not do the type of thing that they were asking...in a tactful way. You say as respectfully as you can that they are wrong and thank they for the advice, no matter how dumb they may be...then under your breath you call them fucktards and wish you could punch them in the throat.
Very easy to let your temper get the better of you I'm sure. Losing paying customers because of it is pure stupidity. Who is the dolt?  |

He never really did say why the development of the game itself and VR stuff had to be concurrent. It would be nice if he could type English a little better. Maybe then he'd give short explanations rather than boorish dumbfuckery. :/
