So apparently reporting HTC to the Better Business Borough for the way they treat their customers is a bannable offense...
HiTech banned several people from the board, coalcat deserved it for what he was doing. Pineapple was muted because he told hitech that the game wasn't as good as he says it is. I wasn't even part of the conversation but since I'm banned it shows that Hitech decided to go through his records to look up my name and address from the complaint form and banned me as well.
Once again HiTech you have shown that you are not only a terrible business man but a person with an ego so large that you literally are incapable of taking any form of criticism constructive or not.
Since you have decided to make me out as the bad guy on the complaint form I will be calling the BBB and submitting a full complaint of the way I have been treated by HTC staff over the last 5 months.

Crazy stuff, although I don't think much will happen. Forum posting is very hard to investigate. He has not gone personal with any person, and I don't know what they could possibly find, on the outside. While HiTech not admitting his game isn't "as" good as some would like to believe. I think for the scale of his company, and the modeling of his planes, the game plays like it's intended to play. Hitech has every right to silence any one he wants on those forums, for any reason. It is not a public forum. While I understand your position,Good luck, but not much is going to happen.
What did coalcat do besides that one post?
Isn't he like only 15 or 16?

Coalcat quoted what Pineapple said after HiTech rule 4ed him. HiTech rule 4ed coalcat and coalcat edited it back and put some emojies in his post as well. Hitech then removed his ability to edit or make post and sent him a PM "Don't poke the bear" which lead to coalcat putting it in his sig as seen in the image below.  This is the image that coalcat kept putting into his post. What irritates me is that HiTech lied to the BBB and then punished me for doing something against him. I think that if enough people started reporting him, then the BBB might start listening. |

I don't understand you guys at all. If you don't like the game, don't play the game instead of whining about how bad it is and how hitech should do this or that or whatever...lol Of course you are going to get on his last nerve and of course he is going to tell you "don't poke the bear" if you keep trying to show the stick up his ass. I would tell you to get the fuck out if it was my game...haha Reporting to the BBB...why? Because he banned you from his forum for saying his product sucks? Hmmm...ok. Sure Hitech doesn't have the best customer service out there and he is lacking the knowledge on how to deal with customers....but there is also a better way you guys could deal with him as well. ...I'm thinking anyway...lol

I think what Dragontamer is saying is he filed a complaint with BBB and Hitech used his name on the complaint to retaliate and then ban him from the game.
