So they try to charge me an extra $20 for January because apparently the promo has ended and of course they don't tell you about that because they're cocksuckers. So I can't afford the god damn $88 a month for 20 T.V stations and 50 speed internet. I can hardly even afford the 67 I'm paying now.
I ask, okay what about just the 50 Mbps? Well that's gonna be $78.
So these god damn fuckheads want me to pay $10 more a month for only half the service. Like wtf kind of business does that?
Of course the 25 mbps with 50 channels is only $54. But the 50 Mbps (with no channels) is for 78$ and they will not match what I was paying before even without the T.V stations.
This company is a god damn fucking pathetic joke. I don't even know how the fuck people haven't just rioted and burned this shithole of a company to the ground yet.

They've always been shitty like that. They have total monopolies in some areas. What were they before it was Comcast? They were just as bad then.

Frontier I think is even worse. We're paying for 3Mb/s but we're lucky if we get 1. Hell, most the time its below 0.5! Ping on all games jumping around between 300-1200 (I am getting 23000 ping on Planetside 2 a lot recently. I had no idea ping could go that high!!!), and on top of all this the damn thing doesn't even stay connected! Keep losing all internet at least 15 times a day as it can't reach the DNS server until I reset the router. Then it'll lose connection again in 1-2 hours if it doesn't go out immediately after reconnecting. I have done literally everything in the book to try and get a better connection and nothing worked. You name it, I tried it. I'm stuck with fucking Frontier until some other ISP gets out to my area (which won't be until after I've died of old age.) If you burn down Comcast I'll help and then you can help me do the same to Frontier  |

They've come out several times and keep saying "Oh the router has gone bad, here's a new one." and then leave. I think we have a box of routers from them now upstairs somewhere. I'm going to use them as target practice when we shoot the guns off in the summer  |

Latrobe go to the comcast forums. They need to do more than that. There are guys in that forum that will help you interpret your signal and tell you exactly what is wrong.
